Adult Yoga Classes

Yoga class will start on Wednesday, September 12^th!

Classes will be held Wednesday & Fridays from 6:30-7:30 a.m in the Hamburg School Gym. (309 S Street)

All fitness levels are welcome to participate! Poses can be modified as needed. 

This class is FREE for Hamburg residents; non-Hamburg residents can contact Suzanne to discuss the fee.
