4. Discussion, no formal action, of Junior High & High School Football & Wrestling sports sharing options with Sidney & Shenandoah districts
5. Public comment for board consideration regarding sports sharing options presented
o To ensure everyone who wishes to speak has an opportunity, the Board President will announce the public comment time limit before public comment begins (anticipated: up to 5 minutes per person; as short as 30 seconds per person if attendance is large). The time limit will be applied consistently to all speakers.
o Public comment will be limited to no more than 30 minutes total. The Board will listen to comments but will not engage in dialogue or take formal action during public comment.
o Meeting expectations and decorum
The Board expects all attendees to address one another with civility and respect.
Only individuals recognized by the Board President may speak; comments from others are out of order.
The orderly process of the meeting will not be interfered with or disrupted.
If disruption occurs, the individual(s) causing the disruption may be asked to leave the meeting.
Defamatory comments may be subject to legal action.
6. Board closing clarification to address any remaining questions not already answered (no back-and-forth Q&A).
