Fifth graders are reviewing what they learned in science through projects. The first one was forces with bridges. Students worked in groups to construct their bridges out of popsicle sticks and glue. No other supplies were allowed. Surprisingly, all bridges held over 200 pounds! (For safety reasons, we did not test bridges beyond that.)
