Congratulations to Hannah Thompson, Camren Riggs, and Keith Thompson for earning medals in the annual Upper Elementary Science Fair. Hannah Thompson's project was awarded first place. She studied which paper towel brand absorbed the best. Second place winner, Camren Riggs, studied aerodynamics through paper airplanes. Third place winner, Keith Thompson, analyzed which golf ball brand generally goes the farthest distance.
Special thank yous to the judges: JH Wolf, John Hall, Marilyn Gude, Judy Crain, Barb Lamb, Denise Claiborne, Jim and Susan England, Kim Evans, and Nancy Buckalew. An extra special thank you to Aaron Allred for configuring all the electronic formulas to tally the judges' scores and making the trip to Hamburg to make sure all worked out.
