5th graders used their Leader In Me time to practice being proactive, beginning with the end in mind, and synergize. Their end or objective was to tie Twizzlers into knots with a partner only using one of their own hands. Working together forced them to synergize. Not blaming eachother and using kind words was practicing be proactive.
